This week, the finalists for the European IT & Software Excellence Awards were announced. This is one of the most well-regarded IT award schemes in Europe, run by IT Europa, one of the top IT and channel publications in the region.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Calligo was shortlisted for thr<\/span>ee categories:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1- Managed Service Solution\u202fof the Year<\/h3>\n

As the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>awards criteria<\/span><\/span>\u00a0said,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u201cThis is for a solution which is an outstanding example of the effectiveness of managed services in reaching new customers, new ways of working, or ways of building portfolios for services to work together<\/em><\/span><\/span>.<\/em>\u201d<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2- Innovative\u202fManaged Service Solution of the Year<\/h3>\n

\u201c<\/span>The best managed services solution emerging in the last 18 months<\/em>.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

3- Managed Service Project of the Year<\/h3>\n

Judges were looking for a<\/span><\/span>\u00a0unique\u00a0<\/span><\/span>use of\u00a0<\/span><\/span>managed services\u00a0<\/span><\/span>that focuse<\/span><\/span>s<\/span><\/span>\u00a0beyond\u00a0<\/span><\/span>traditional IT,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>and\u00a0<\/span><\/span>offers a new level of productivity, security<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>or effectiveness<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For all three of these, our\u00a0<\/span>submissions were based on our\u00a0<\/span>Privacy by Design\u00a0and\u00a0Data Protection Officer<\/a>\u00a0services.\u00a0<\/span>These services\u00a0<\/span>provide proactive, continuous oversight of data processes and infrastructure operations.\u00a0<\/span>They<\/span>\u00a0guarantee ongoing data privacy adherence and infosecurity resilience, without compromising business operations, development or infrastructure efficiency.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Calligo<\/span>\u00a0is the only MSP to have developed a\u00a0<\/span>managed\u00a0<\/span>privacy service comprised of a blend of expertise in privacy law, infosecurity, compliance and cloud architecture. This unique mix prevents privacy initiatives being incomplete<\/span>\u00a0and ineffectual<\/span>, or becoming \u201cbusiness blockers\u201d.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

And crucially for the Managed Service Project of the Year\u00a0<\/span>category in particular,\u00a0Calligo\u2019s<\/span>\u00a0services do more than simply audit clients\u2019 environments and identify their vulnerabilities. Calligo\u2019s blend of skillsets means we are also able to rectify any weaknesses too.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
